How can I pay for my order?

Cash on delivery

Pay the price of your order to the courier company upon delivery. The cost of cash on delivery is € 2.00, which will be added to the final total of your purchase.

With credit, debit and prepaid card

In order to complete your purchase by paying by credit card, go to the secure Eurobank website where you enter your credit card details. All Visa cards are accepted. Your credit card details are not disclosed or shown to our company in any way. Finally, your transaction and personal information are secured by Eurobank.

* Note that in case you do not receive an order confirmation mail (look even at the spam) contact us as there is a possibility that the order has not been passed.

Secure Transactions

All card payments are processed through the Eurobank electronic payment platform.

By deposit in a bank account

To pay by deposit in a bank account, simply click on "Payment By Bank" in the payment method at check-out. Your accounts (Eurobank and Alpha Bank) will be displayed so that you can complete your purchase. After the end of your deposit, send us the proof of payment, by an email to info@smarthomeelectronics.gr
so as to expedite your order as much as possible. Please note that the transfer costs from another bank are borne entirely by the customer.
